What is Alyvon Project Resources Ltd?
Alyvon Project Resources Ltd (RC 7896515) is a Nigerian engineering training, examination and certification company. It provides online and blended training across oil and gas, mechanical and plant, automotive, HSE and project commercial disciplines, with verifiable certificates. Alyvon also holds a CFA Toyota dealership licence.
Where is Alyvon located?
Our head office is at 8B, Bolodeoku Street, Dideolu Estate, Ogba, Lagos, with training centres in Port Harcourt and Warri. Online learning and assessments are available at any time.

How long do I have access to a course after enrolling?
Twelve months from the date of enrolment, including any curriculum updates released during that period.
Can I take a single course on its own?
Yes. Every course can be taken standalone. courses are optional structured pathways that combine related courses into a broader certification.

How are examinations conducted?
Each certification examination is timed, with a visible countdown and automatic submission when time expires. Objective questions are auto-graded. Theory questions are reviewed by an authorised Alyvon assessor and results are released within 72 hours.
What happens if I fail an examination?
Attempt limits are configured per course. Where retakes are permitted you may sit the examination again after reviewing the indicated units. Attempts and results are recorded against your learner profile.
Why do some courses require 100 per cent to pass?
Courses classified as safety-critical by Alyvon require a full score because partial knowledge of controls such as permit to work and confined space entry can be more dangerous than none. These courses allow up to three attempts with mandatory review of failed units between attempts.

How can an employer verify my certificate?
Every Alyvon certificate carries a unique certificate number. Enter it on the public verification page to see the holder's name, the courses, the issue date and the current status. No account is required.
Do Alyvon certificates expire?
Alyvon recommends refresher training every twenty-four months. Organisations can configure their own expiry and refresher rules in the corporate portal.

What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay online or by bank transfer to an Alyvon account. Select your bank at checkout to see account details, then confirm your payment. A numbered invoice is issued immediately and is available to download.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. A branded, numbered invoice showing the full order summary is generated on completion of checkout and can be downloaded as a PDF at any time from your account.

How do I enrol multiple staff?
Create an organisation account, then add staff individually or upload them in bulk using the provided template. Staff receive invitations and system-generated login credentials by email.
Can we see how our staff are progressing?
Yes. The organisation dashboard shows enrolment, progress, completion, assessment results and certification across the organisation, with filters by team, learner, course, course, date range and completion state, and exportable records.

Can I become an Alyvon instructor?
Yes. Apply from the instructor page, submit your credentials and expertise, and your profile will be reviewed and approved by an administrator before you can publish content.
