Refund Policy

You may cancel an individual course enrolment within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not completed more than 25 per cent of the course content and have not sat the certification examination.

Once more than 25 per cent of a course has been completed, or once the certification examination has been attempted, fees are non-refundable except at Alyvon's discretion or where required by law.

Where a programme or bundle is purchased, refunds are calculated on the courses not yet accessed, less the standalone value of any course already started.

Corporate and bulk enrolments are refundable only for places that have not been activated and have not accessed content. Refunds for corporate purchases are processed to the organisation, not to individual learners.

Duplicate payments, payments made in error, and payments where enrolment could not be granted are refunded in full.

Failing an examination does not entitle a learner to a refund. Where retakes are configured, permitted attempts are included in the course fee.

Email info@alyvon.com or call 08028547311 with your name, order or enrolment reference and the reason for the request. We acknowledge requests within one working day.

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer to an account in the payer's name, within 14 working days of approval.

Where a refund is granted, any certificate already issued for the refunded course may be revoked, and the certificate's public verification status will reflect that revocation.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve the matter directly. Where a chargeback is raised, access to the course may be suspended pending resolution.
